Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Safir Logistics (“Company”), the client (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including receiving, preparation, storage, handling, and shipping of goods.
Services Overview
Safir Logistics provides third-party logistics (3PL) services including product receiving, inspection, labeling, preparation, storage, and shipment to Amazon or other destinations.
All services are performed based on information provided by the Client. The Company does not verify product specifications, compliance, or authenticity beyond a basic visual inspection.
Product Authenticity & Compliance
The Client represents and warrants that all goods:
- Are authentic, legally sourced, and authorized for resale
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace requirements
- Do not infringe on any intellectual property rights
Safir Logistics performs visual inspection only and does not verify authenticity, sourcing, or compliance.
Safir Logistics shall not be held responsible for counterfeit, inauthentic, restricted, or non-compliant products.
The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Safir Logistics from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the sale or distribution of such goods.
Processing Times
Safir Logistics aims to process inventory within 48 hours of receipt, provided:
- Inventory is compliant and ready for processing
- All required information is accurate and complete
- No external delays occur (carriers, marketplaces, etc.)
Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary due to volume, operational factors, or external conditions. Delays do not constitute a breach of service.
Storage Terms
Storage fees and conditions are subject to change and are published in the Company’s current pricing list.
The Client is responsible for monitoring applicable fees. Storage charges begin once inventory is received and continue until inventory is shipped, returned, or otherwise removed.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued based on services performed.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed
- Safir Logistics reserves the right to pause services for unpaid balances
- The Company retains a lien on all goods in its possession until payment is made in full
If payment is not received and no communication is made within 30 days, Safir Logistics reserves the right to:
- Dispose of, liquidate, or otherwise handle the goods at its discretion
- Apply proceeds toward outstanding balances
The Client remains responsible for any remaining unpaid amounts.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Safir Logistics does not accept glass or fragile products.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any inventory that is:
- Unsafe or unsuitable for handling
- Non-compliant with marketplace requirements
- Improperly packaged or labeled
All associated costs will be the responsibility of the Client.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
The Client is responsible for all shipping costs, whether billed directly or through Safir Logistics.
Safir Logistics is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays or service failures
- Damage occurring during transportation
- Lost shipments once released to the carrier
Amazon & Marketplace Disclaimer
Safir Logistics is not affiliated with Amazon or any marketplace and is not responsible for marketplace operations.
Safir Logistics is not liable for:
- Amazon lost inventory
- Check-in discrepancies
- Fulfillment center (FC) damages
- Shipment delays after delivery to carrier or Amazon
- Any decisions made by Amazon or other marketplaces
Liability Limitation
Safir Logistics is not an insurer of goods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence
- Liability, if any, is limited to the actual cost paid by the Client for the affected goods
- The Company is not responsible for:
- Inbound damage
- Hidden or internal damage
- Improper packaging by suppliers
- Incorrect information provided by the Client
Under no circumstances shall Safir Logistics be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Marketplace penalties or suspensions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery or discovery of the issue.
Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of the claim.
Force Majeure
Safir Logistics shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire, flood, or weather conditions
- Labor disputes
- Carrier issues
- Government actions
- Equipment or system failures
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Safir Logistics reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment
- Policy violations
- Unsafe or prohibited inventory
- Operational limitations
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
