We support all major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon (FBA and FBM / Seller Fulfilled Prime), Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, WooCommerce, and direct B2B wholesale orders. If your store can generate an order, we can fulfill it.

 

Absolutely. Amazon FBA prep is one of our core services. We handle FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, suffocation warning labels, expiration date labels, carton packing, and creating LTL or SPD shipment plans. We follow Amazon’s guidelines closely — our clients have never had a shipment rejected due to prep errors.

Yes. We handle returns on your behalf — receiving, inspecting, and restocking sellable units back into your inventory. We can also photograph and document items that arrive damaged so you have records for any disputes with carriers or customers.

 Yes. We regularly assemble multi-pack bundles, subscription boxes, variety packs, and promotional kits to our clients’ exact specifications. If your product requires a specific assembly or insert placement, we document your process and execute it consistently every time.

 We handle a wide range of consumer products including health & beauty, supplements, apparel, home goods, electronics accessories, pet products, food-safe packaged goods, and more. If you have a specific product type, reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit.

 Any damages discovered during receiving are documented with photos and notes and reported to you immediately. We take care of your inventory like it’s our own.

We have a daily pick-up for all of our outbound shipments to Amazon. Items sent by our order fulfillment are sent out via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Truck freight (LTL) shipments arranged upon request for an additional fee.
